    Good day and blessings to you. I am a beginner at the bass but fearless in my zeal to learn. after playing drums for 30 odd years I needed something different. your videos are great help.
    I now play gospel music and need help in relaxing my left hand on the neck [ I’m also missing a finger tip on my index finger ].my funds are limited but my heart is there. God bless you brother.

    I haven’t picked up my base in over a decade. I’m injured and have time on my hands now, so I started to play again it’s been very therapeutic.
    I was able to pick up a couple the songs by watching. For the rest I was glad the tabs are available. Thanks, good stuff Alex.

      that’s the approach man – too many folks are afraid of *JUMPING IN*… they set all these NEEDLESS hurdles for themselves and reasons as to why they can learn a song NOW… Always looking at what they “gotta learn first” and getting stuck in analysis paralysis.

    I’m really a Cello player, though my friend has asked if I could play bass for them. They have a Jazz band which has an interesting flute and harp combo.
    I don’t even own a bass and so now regret selling the Fender Jazz master, that I owned as a teenager….Sigh…. I only tinkered at it then.
    Think your system sounds good and if I do this, I need to get some basics rapido!
