    Excellent. Much much appreciated. Been doing the first excercise incorrectly for five years and not one out of three teachers (in person) noticed or commented. Second excercise only learned now. How does a video where the teacher can’t see you hit home better than a live person sitting there? Man…. Thanks, Alex, this is seriously life-changing practice-changing information.
