You have been such a blessing; I have recently picked up my Bass again after a 10+ year “hiatus” and started playing for my Church. Again, you are a blessing!

    God bless!

Great stuff very easy to follow for a new player and great to have the tab aswell for the slower learner like myself to go over at their own pace 😀

This is the best lesson I’ve ever had, especially since I’ve been playing for years, and it’s never been explained to me in this manner. And it really helps considering I’m just learning how to read music. I love the simple tabs also

Uh huh. Very good. Will need a few days to work on those. I am a note reader and this is a bit foreign to me. Thanks.

Hello just wanted to say I found the lesson to be simple and straight forward, which is what I need. I am an intermediate bass player who stays in the pocket, but wants to learn how to move up and down the fret. I pray that these lessons will do just that. Keep up the good work and be blessed.

Watching this video gives me some hope. I’m a beginner with very little time to put towards bass playing as my hobby. That being said, I’ll be satisfied if I can learn a few common bass lines just for the fun of playing.

    Hi there Alex,

But when I choosed my gift() I saw Maxwell’s accensions in it.
I’m Like whoooow I don’t have to play ma air bassguitar anymore I can play the video and start figuring the fingering and frets to learn it my self.
I’m truelly gratefull for the gift and the lessons.

now I’m studying but how or when do I get 2 lesson 2?
Thanks in advance this will do me good. may god bless you in more ways then one

The first riff “Sunshine of your Love” by Cream was the reason I started playing bass. I appreciated the video very much and I like the way Alex presents himself and the way he speaks. He’s very easy to follow and kept my attention. It was kind of difficult at times to see what the fingers were doing – but I figured out the songs I was familiar with. All and all, a useful video that has caused me to pick up the bass more than usual – which I need! Thanks, again!

    Hi Folk,

This stuff is great. I am a senior and I have played rythm guitar for years. I purchased a 4 string bass and love to play along with country songs. I am truly a beginner at bass but I understand basic music theory. I’m glad that you skip boring scales and arpedgios (not sure how to spell that)

I’ve held on to these links for quite a while but I do know about your new software and I’m looking forward to using it. You guys have to eat so I am willing to purchase materials as you develop your program.
